Macclesfield Museums
This was a Transition Project funded by Heritage Lottery Fund.
The Silk Trust has four centres in Macclesfield: The Silk Museum, West Park Museum, The Old Sunday School and Paradise Mill. The project involved working closely with the trustees and the executive on a new vision for the Silk Heritage Trust, as well as providing advice on necessary changes to the structure and operation of the board and the management team. Stephen Browning and Michael Launchbury advised on the recruitment of a new Chair and independent trustees, and supported the development of a new business plan.
