We were commissioned by Arts Council England to manage a national audience research programme, which examined the impact of Classic FM in developing new audiences for live classical music concerts.

Stephen worked very closely with Anne Millman on this project, which assessed the audience for concerts given by orchestras supported by Classic FM, including the LSO, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the Philharmonia and the Barbican Centre.
