A Strategic Review of the Cultural Service in Hastings

We have recently supported a review by Hastings Borough Council into the effectiveness of their Cultural Service, examining whether the priorities identified in the town’s Culture-Led Regeneration Strategy are still relevant and also whether the town is effectively delivering on these priorities.

This review follows our work supporting the Council’s renegotiation of the management and operation contract for the town’s major presenting venue, the White Rock Theatre.
